Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. No purchase necessary. To enter simply click on www.interlinkexpress.com/ie-international and watch the short 90 second video. Once you have watched the video, enter your details at https://vovici.com/wsb.dll/s/1662g4a5c4.
2. The draw is only open to citizens and legal residents (both categories) residing in the UK, aged 18 or over. No employees of DPD, Interlink Express or GeoPost UK, agents and/or anyone professionally connected to the draw are permitted to take part.
3. The prize is two standard return tickets for the winner and a guest worth up to £1000 from an airline of your choosing. The value of the tickets is the price inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges (see also T&C 12 below). If the value is less than £1000 the balance will not be recoverable by the prize winner. If the value is more than £1000 the winner must pay the excess.
4. The winner will be responsible for all others costs associated with their holiday, including but not limited to, accommodation, car hire, meals, beverages, and travel to and from accommodation.
5. The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of any element of the prize or for any inability of the prize winner or their guest to take up the prize.
6. Travellers should ensure that required visas, travel insurance, permissions and conditions of travel are met.
7. Only one entry per person.
8. No cash alternative available. If the prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
9. The prize draw will close on 30 June 2011. The draw will be made by an independent person on 30 June 2011.
10. The winner will be notified by phone or email by 9 July 2011. The winner must respond to such notification within 7 days of it being sent. If the winner does not respond within this time the Promoter reserves the right to undertake a redraw. Any redraw will be carried out in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The name and photo of the winner may be used for publicity purposes. Having received your winning confirmation, if there is any reason why you do not want to be featured as a winner please email us at marketing.dept@geopostuk.com.
12. The prize will be organised within 14 days after receipt of the choice of flights from the winner. The price of the tickets will be the price at the time of booking.
13. Any information provided by the entrant to enter this draw will only be used by the Promoter for marketing purposes, if the entrant expressly agreed to such use at the time of entry.
14. For the name and county of the prizewinner, please send a SAE after July 16 to: International Promotion, Marketing Department, Roebuck Lane, Smethwick, West Midlands B66 1BY.
15. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
