DPD - Redeliver to Alternative Address

This tutorial will show you how to change the delivery date of your shipment to an alternative address.
Step 1
Click on the 'Tracking' tab as highlighted to begin the process.

Step 2
Enter your parcel number to change the shipment details.
Click Search to proceed.

Step 3
If the status of the consignment is shown as confirmed at depot/hub you can edit the address by clicking on Change delivery.

Step 4
From the dropdown menu select Redeliver to alternative address.
Select a new redelivery date in the dropdown menu.
We require an authorisation name to change the details. All items marked * must be completed.

Step 5
Type in the recipients details here.

Step 6
A charge may apply to the redelivery of your parcel - this must be ticked before proceeding.

Step 7
Click Submit to finish.

Step 8
Change confirmed, please make a note of the reference number.
